Management and Maintenance
In order to the purchaser be largely kept free of all hazards of management of the property, these tasks are performed by a management company. In the Management Agreement, the Property Management is entrusted and committed the management of the object within the meaning of WEG (Condominium Act) to perform.
It is recommended to make a maintenance reserve for the conservation and maintenance of the property. The amounts required are collected by the Administrator in a separate account. About the final amount of the maintenance reserve always decides the homeowners association. The buyer enters into the existing management agreement and consents to the appointment of the administrator. He grants this administrator power of attorney.
